Legendary NYC graffiti writer Futura 2000 has a head start on straight owning the year 2011. Not even a week after the trailer / teaser video of his 12oz Prophet collab dropped, we’re blinded sided by a primo addition to the Futura 2ooo x Clarks of England portfolio. There’s a few things to note about this shoe. This isn’t a take on the traditional Wallabee style. It’s actually a new spin on the Wallabee Ballistic. The military grade nylon upper points that out. In regards to design theory, this shoe is an inverted version of Futura’s 2009 Wallabee custom. Of course, as with all ultimate win Clark releases, this one is only hitting Japan in limited quantities. Definitely a collectors item. But out of curiosity.
