[portfolio_slideshow] More imagery of the Banhof high-security computer storage facility in Stockholm. Once again this is what it looks like in the belly of the current Wikileaks safehouse. The elevated conference room is pure fire. Mind you, this is Sweden so you know the designer furniture is of the highest caliber. Natural waterfalls and vegetation through out the whole facility. The backup generators for the servers are powered by old German U-boats that serve as backup generators.Pionen – White mountain was designed by Albert France-Lanord Architects in a former 1200 square meter anti-atomic shelter. Major inspiration came straight from the science fiction film genre. As well, make no mistake about it, there is plenty of James Bond 007 overdosage. But that’s not a bad thing. Clarks again and again!
Another Clark’s of England collab. The classic Wallabee gets the duotone treatment time with Loopwheeler out of Japan. The team ups have turned out well this year for Clarks. Too bad some of the releases will never be seen stateside, like the Clarks x Stussy team up we ran earlier this year.

I feel confident in stating that Eyewear is an essential part of any wardrobe, male or female. It’s even more relevant if your eyesite is as shady as mine and you just don’t get along with high maintenance contact lenses. That being said, one of my regular reads, Frame Geek put together Frame Work – Eyewear Made Famous. Frame Work is a collection of limited run posters highlighting 28 the most iconic men’s frames from the last 100 years. I was able to pinpoint exactly 4 of the names attached to the frames above. Best afterparty ever.
It’s pictures like these that make me wish for a time capsule. Even if it was only for a split second, a quick look at this exact moment in time would be priceless. Legends in the Game. Keith Richards and John Belushi is one thing. Put James Brown in the mixx? Between the two, the levels of toxicity probably had The Godfather of Soul on Cloud 9.75 default. I’ll put money down, that was an extra fresh night out. That was only remembered by the photographer. (note: if anyone has any info on this image please let me know. I really would like to i.d. the photographer for credits)
