After returning from a trip to Jamaica last summer I started a bike build. While researching the project, I stumbled upon a great cause that completely bypassed my radar. Formed in 2006, Klash City Skate Jam was sparked in an effort to spread the skateboarding movement throughout the entire island of Jamaica, helping to promote healthy sports-based outlets for disenfranchised youth.
